Our Turbo downpipe joins onto the original turbo, using the same ring clamp fixing. From the turbo the downpipe is fabricated using 3” Stainless Steel 304 tube throughout, this reduces all unwanted back pressure from the turbo increasing power and throttle response. Included in the downpipe are a flexi joint to help isolate the exhaust from engine vibration and movement and either a 100 cell or 200 cell sports cat. Our downpipe uses all the standard hanging brackets for ease of fitment. NB: This part is suitable for track use only.
Our repackable rear silencer has been built to allow high powered cars the ability to meet current track day noise regulations. By maximising the available space we have created a straight through silencer that can meet this strict criteria. The bore of the silencer is 3” to match the Turbo downpipe, this again keeps the gas speed high without any restrictions. After prolonged heavy use the silencer may become louder which is why we have designed the silencer to be repackable. This allows you to replace any burnt out silencer packing by unbolting the end of the silencer and refilling it thereby bringing the db reading back down to its original level. The silencer is fabricated completely from Stainless Steel 304 for a long life and includes the 180deg link pipe to join up to our Turbo downpipe. All the original hangers are retained for easy fitting. The silencer is finished off with twin 3” polished tailpipes to give the rear of the car a great look.
Our manifold is a carefully crafted component utilising many aspects of our experience within the racing community. The header pipes are all equal length and come together in a race style merge collector resulting in improved gas flow and increased throttle response. Fabricated from Stainless Steel 304 the manifold is strong and durable whilst also being light weight. It has the added benefit of being fully TIG welded and back purged to increase the strength of the joints and to improve gas flow through out the manifold. It is a direct replacement for the standard item and uses the same fixings so will fit all direct replacement parts. This component is rated for applications up to 270bhp.
Our downpipe is designed to help remove the exhaust gases more quickly. This is achieved by increasing the pipe diameter to 2.5” and fitting a 100 or 200 cell high flow sports cat. Our downpipe is fabricated completely from Stainless Steel 304 for increased strength and durability. It is a direct replacement for the standard part, using all the standard fixings and hanging points. This component is rated for applications up to 270bhp. NB: This part is suitable for track use only.
Our rear silencer has been designed to make maximum use of the available space to achieve a deep, yet unobtrusive sound that will meet all current track day noise limits. It has the benefit of being repackable, meaning that even when the system starts to get louder after prolonged use you are able to unbolt the end of the silencer and replace any silencer packing that has been burnt away, returning you to the original db level. The silencer has twin tailpipes that are 3” inwardly rolled and polished. It comes supplied with the 180deg link pipe which allows fitment to the standard downpipe, whilst also using the existing hanging brackets positions. This component is rated for applications up to 270bhp.

Our Supercharged manifold has been built with optimum flow being the main design criteria. Due to the higher power outputs we have increased the header pipe diameter and incorporated a race style merge collector as well as making sure that the four header pipes are equal length. With all these elements incorporated you will find that throttle response is improved and scope for increased tuning is possible. The complete manifold is fabricated using Stainless Steel 304 tube for strength and reliability. Due to the increased pipe diameter and merge collector the original outlet flange position has been moved so this manifold will not fit a standard system. This component is rated for applications over 270bhp.
