Stainless Steel 304 Bends

Stainless Steel 304 tube has excellent resistance to corrosion from exhaust gases together with an ability to withstand the high temperatures that are common place in exhaust applications. It also has beneficial mechanical properties that allow tight bend radii to be achieved. We can bend in several thicknesses and radii as shown in the tables below.

How to work out the Centre Line Radius (CLR)

From the start of the bend measure perpendicular to the longest leg (parallel to the shortest leg) from the centre of the tube. At the point that the bend finishes and turns to straight on the shortest leg take a second straight edge and intersect it with the rule. The measurement you are left with is the Centre Line Radius
