Flanges All our flanges are laser cut to a very high standard from a range of stainless steels including 304 and 321. We are able to cut Stainless Steel up to 15mm thick, Mild Steel up to 20mm thick and Aluminium up to 10mm thick. Laser cutting is an ideal way to reduce costs, increase productivity and replicate parts accurately time and again. We cater for high volume production through to simple one off work.
As well as flanges we can provide laser cut brackets, guards and many other parts that require accuracy, reliability and a quality finish that is too labour intensive and inaccurate to be carried out by hand. Below is a typical Cad drawing produced by us with the dimensions taken from a head provided by the customer.

All our flanges are cut using Cad drawings produced by us. These Cad drawings can be sent to us from a customer, drawn from a sample provided or from the gasket detail. 
Having carried out work on a lot of different cars we have a large range of drawings on file ready for immediate laser cutting. We have also drawn our own specific flanges for universal fitting such as the two bolt flange in the picture which accepts 2 ½” tube and can be supplied with a suitable gasket. There are many different types of flange available so to make sure we supply you with the correct type gives us a call to discuss your particular requirements.
