Much of the work that we do is of a developmental nature, from calculating primary pipe lengths from specific engine information to whole system design. This is a quick guide to what we do and what we can provide, either as a complete system or as stand-alone elements.

Manifolds

Building equal length manifolds to fit into the tightest of spaces is a regular challenge. If you don’t know the optimum primary pipe lengths then we can calculate these for you from certain engine information that you or your engine builder should be able to provide.

Collectors

Some customers simply ask us to make special merge race collectors for them when building their own systems. Whether 4:1 or 2:1 or whatever the configuration, a well fabricated merge collector will make all the difference to the performance of your exhaust system.

Under car

We can provide a range of tube sizes to incorporate removable or fixed silencers that utilise existing hanging positions. We have extensive experience of making the secondary pipe work fit through the tightest of spaces even if that means changing the shape of the tube to oval or even flat.

Cat Pipes

We can offer a range of high performance catalytic converters suitable for track and race car applications.

Bespoke Components

Round, oval or flat silencers, re-packable or otherwise, are made to order. A range of different packing materials is available from Bespoke exhaust system componentswire wool through to ceramic matting.

Stainless Steel and Inconel Bends

We can bend a range of tube diameters from 1.5” through to 3.5” in a variety of radii and material including stainless steel and inconel. These materials can be bent in a choice of wall thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 2mm. All of these bends can also be supplied in component form for the customer who would like to build their own system via our online store.
