Noble M600
For the past three years we have been working with Noble Automotive on the exhaust development for their new M600 Supercar. By working together we have developed an exhaust system that performs in the toughest of conditions whilst providing maximum performance from the twin turbo V8.
Through out the development there have been many challenges to over come as there is in any new car, from packaging constraints where heat is a big issue, to making sure the aesthetics of the system fit with the excellent finish of the rest of the car.
Due to our professional and driven approach Noble also asked us to quote for fabricating the suspension components for the new car. We were successful in securing this additional work and have started fabricating both exhaust systems and suspension components for the first customer cars.
Noble’s aims are to be manufacturing up to fifty cars a year and with an order book of over sixty cars the future looks to be very healthy. Coupled to the fact Noble are working on European Type Approval for the M600 the potential customer base can only grow further.
The car has received rave reviews from the motoring press over all types of media from magazines including Evo who described the car by saying “the next hour will reveal the new Noble to be one of the most driveable and exploitable supercars ever” to TV programmes including Top Gear where the pre-production car set the fourth fastest lap time around the Top Gear Test Track.
Added to the press work the M600 has been carrying out, Noble has also been showing the car at various events around the country and on the continent. Appearances at Top Marques in Monaco and the Le Mans 24hr have brought the M600 to a wider audience. Appearances at Salon Prive, the Goodwood Festival of Speed and at Cholmondeley Pageant of Power, where the car will be doing high speed demonstration laps will only add to the growing awareness off the M600 capabilities.
We are very proud to be able to help develop and supply components for such a well developed and critically acclaimed car and look forward to continuing our excellent working relationship with Noble Automotive for the foreseeable future.

Inmotec Consultoría Técnica
Chris Tullett Exhausts are pleased to announce the start of a new working relationship with Inmotec Consultoría Técnica.
Inmotec are a Spanish company who for the past two years have been developing both Moto2 and Moto GP bikes to race in the top two premier motorcycle catagories. Based at the new Navarra crcuit in Northern Spain their location will allow the constant development of both machines, as well as allowing testing opportunities and support for customers of Inmotec.
Chris Tullett Exhausts have been involved with the development and production of the exhaust systems for both of these bikes from an early stage. Utilising CAD data sent from Inmotec we have been able to carry out the jig design and manufacture of the exhaust systems at our UK base in Aylesbury. Completing all of the processes in house has allowed us to maintain a high level of quality at all times whilst also ensuring that we achieve manufacturing deadlines. One of the most exciting parts of the project has been the introduction of a new manufacturing process in the form of rapid manufacture. Parts of the exhaust system that are too complex to fabricate or costly to machine have been made in a more cost effective and accurate way. Even though rapid manufacture has been around for a few years it has never before, to our knowledge, been done using Titanium. In this way both ourselves and Inmotec have been pushing the boundaries of this technology.
As well as our fabrication of the exhaust system, we have also created a sponsorship tie in with Inmotec. This agreement means that our name and logo will appear on both the Moto2 and Moto GP bikes which along with our current work in the USA, Europe and Australia will help increase the awareness of Chris Tullett Exhausts on an international scale.
Currently Inmotec are racing two Moto2 machines in the Spainish CEV Buckler Championship. With a best finish of fourth and the constant development of the bike Inmotec have been able to reduce the gap to the front runners from 1.5 sec to under 0.5 sec and with further developments to come a first win is only a matter of time.
The MotoGP bike has been undergoing constant testing through out the season and is expected to make its competitive debut at the season closing Valencia Grand Prix.
